The kiosk is super cute and they have nice staff. But the pretzel is average, it could be crunchier and more flavourful.

The staff are always friendly. Their isn't too much seating so probably not good if you want to sit down. Also, probably best to avoid this place on Friday and Saturday nights if you don't want to interact with drunk young adults.

Service was kinda slow. Took longer than 10 minutes to make the pretzels. Cheese garlic pretzel was yummy.

The pretzels were soooo good. Tried cheese n pepperoni, cheese n bacon and cheese n jalapeno. All straight from the oven and super tasty $7.5 each

Pretzel is average but for a midnight snack it's not bad! Always a bunch of melon kids hanging around though but not their fault!

Yeah great if you want to wait an hour after being told 10-15minutes for your food as the staff scroll on their phones with literally no one else in line
