First of all, the staff of the park was great. They tried to accommodate all our requests and were always helpful. The problem were the rooms we got. We booked two 'lodge' rooms and when we arrived found out that they didn't have windows, only the front doors, that were made of glass. Since it's summer, the rooms were like ovens. The staff provided fans, that helped. The problem is the room not having a window in the first place. Apart from that, the place was fine, close to the Franz Josef Village.

The park is great. Well laid out. Good roads, walkable. The biggest downside is the WIFI IS TERRIBLE. Trying to trip plan or even check Facebook is painful and frustrating as heck!! We found ourselves driving into town to get moderately better WiFi (I could at least make calls via Skype in town). They really need to buy a second connection or something and then this place would be perfect! We stayed in a tiny little room with shared kitchen and bathroom area and everything was very clean and respectful - staff was friendly and helpful.

Place was squashy, hardly any room for 2 lots of luggage. Walls are so thin, you could hear a baby cry and a man snoring. Not good if you are traveling all the time. The supply of toilet paper was low, 1/2 roll for 2 people for 2 days. Kitchen smelt very oily and dirty. Shame as location was good

The park was nearly empty, so we had plenty of space to ourselves. Facilities were modern, very nice, and kept clean. Views of the glacier from the entire park, and everyone was very friendly. Overall a nice stay for the night!

Spacious ground for campervans. Nice kitchen area and bathrooms. Well maintained and not too far to walk into town. No complaints.
