We've been here a few times now. The place is always clean and busy. Not hard to work out why. Every time has been the same, most enjoyable for brunch. Food and drinks always on point with cheerful service. Ease of being Seated. 5 Atmosphere 4 (a bit noisy) Food 5 Service 5 Price 5 Overall experience 5/5 Highly recommended. Clearly a big effort goes into making this place what it is.

The place isn't cosy. Is uncomfortable. Food and coffee good.. Staff is friendly and they know " the know how ". Some female staff members exaggerated the makeup. Too pale, too white. Red blush is missing. The place isn't cosy because of the sound. At lunch time, the background noise ( echo) exceeds and unbearable. Concrete walls! Sound absorbing materials are missing on the walls and ceilings. Avoid lunch at the peak moments. Dish plates are very unstable because the base is small. 1% surcharge on public holidays.

Hi everyone well where do you start about Frankies it is the best place in Pakenham to have a fed and drinks. From the time enter you are well and truly looked after nothing is to much trouble for any off the staff. You always get a great smile from the staff and your meal always comes beautifully plated and we cannot thank the kitchen staff enough. So to everyone at Frankies please keep up the good work you are the best. And from my wife and myself a very large thank you to you all . We sure do enjoy going there and highly recommend to anyone. M & D. Townsend.
