Very expensive. Had to stay here for 1 night as other motel full - I can understand why. Room okay but found furniture uncomfortable. Got 'showered' with a lot of dust from passing traffic along road at the front. Wouldn't be 1st choice to stay again - price very off putting. Grounds well kept.

Rates I feel are perhaps in the more expensive end of the price Bracket (Cabin prices are perhaps on par with a cheaper motel unit). Ablution block well maintained (in comparison with other Holiday parks), toilets, warm showers and kitchen area kept in very good nick. Friendly lady proprietor on arrival. May be more value to family groups who regularly use Top10 holiday parks and able to take advantage of the annual Top 10 membership. Received an Adequate night's sleep, no noise or rowdy behavior encountered.

Nice clean new cabin. Bathrooms were new and spotless. Very friendly staff!

New bathroom and toilets, clean and single and seperate which I liked most. Didn't use kitchen, just unfortunate it rained our whole stay. Not much to do around but it was fine for 1 night en route somewhere.

Very nice and friendly place to stay. Basic but very clean facilities, very close to the birds sanctuary, river, beach and lovely Foxton city
