Review of Coffee only this time, nothing great about it, ordered skinny cap.nnCoffee lacked punch on a cold winters day, lacking flavour and temperature low enough, you could drink it all in one go!nnMaybe should have gone for a double shot with hot full cream milk, next time…nn3 stars, will be back try out their food and hopefully better cup of coffee.

Brunch visit on 26/4/2025:nThe café was bustling, but we managed to secure seating for our group of five. The food was fairly standard and felt overpriced for what we received. However, the coffee was delicious and definitely worth trying!nnThe staff appeared quite occupied and didn’t engage much—perhaps due to the large crowd. Great atmosphere, in a historic building with nice design. Food and service were good. Vegan friendly! Toasties are great and have a large selection of vegan and gluten free cakes which taste delicious too.

I always love going to Fox in the Chamber cafe! Every time that I visit Woodend, I always enjoy going to this warm and welcoming cafe. The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to help and assist you. The meals and beverages are always delicious, satisfying and generous. I highly recommend

A bustling cafe with very yummy toasties on the menu. I like the fact that the menu isn't very extensive and yet caters to a lot of dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. The cake selection is good too and so is the hot chocolate.nAs the cafe itself is small in size, we can expect to be seated on one of the benches or outside tables - so best to be prepared for that on a cold day. The food is good and that's why it's no surprise that the place is almost always very busy.
