Always really helpful. I placed an order for 2 loaves of Tip Top Cafe fruit and spice bread and they rang me as soon as it arrived as they promised they would. Excellent customer service.
Great place to go for a grocery shopping. Loved the experience and staff is very helpful.
A very large variety of breads and soups, not much else though, disappointing.
A good store to come to if you forget some stuff from the supermarket such as veges, fruits etc. Except eggs.. I bought a dozen pack of eggs a few days ago, came home to cook them and 4 were missing. Couldn't be bothered to go back and request a different one because of it being level 4 and all but that was a bit annoying to see. Waste of $7 I reckon.
Clean organised store. With some good beers sold here as well.
Though a bit expensive then larger supermarkets but very convenient for a quick pick.

A great little store in the heart of Ellerslie, has everything you could need. It has a good selection of fresh produce and natural food; a rarity in these types of shops usually. The team has won a customer service award recently and it's easy to see why. :
A kiwi classic with a modern edge! Love the range of products stocked here and the increasing new ranges. Always great customer service as you expect from a 4 square.
