I have never had a worse experience at a store in my life. Management is very disorganised and difficult to understand. When I asked for clarifications regarding the sizing I waned, the owner was very vague and didn't give me much information. The photo I then received was huge compared to what I had requested, and I had been charged for something that I didn't want. It is obvious that it was made larger so I had to pay more. I showed the owner the size of the frame I was after, he gave me measurements for this, and I simply trusted him with these measurements, yet when I received the frame it was much bigger than what I wanted. Then when I went to pick up my photo and frame and realised how big it was, the owner's teenage son was working and no one else so I wasn't even able to complain about my order. Even when I tried to resolve the issue, I was dismissed and disregarded. Do NOT trust this store.
