Very lovely accommodation clean rooms and beautiful interior. Good kitchen area with a lot of utensils! Only negative would be the WiFi in the tents but then I guess this is a first world millennial problem!

Beware the nocturnal frogs. They won't come near you but the will keep you awake. We stayed in one of the glamping Belle tents and enjoyed our stay but there was plenty of room for improvement. With just a minor amount of leveling, they could have some flat ground for the table and chairs to be on so we could actually sit outside and enjoy the space but instead all we really had was the couch inside the tent.

Nice, quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax away from the city life or just to get away and spend time with loved ones. We stayed in one of the tents, which was roomy and we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Mike was very helpful and friendly.

Fossil Bay Lodge is a magical place.. nature is abundant here with native birds, ducks and (wonderfully placid) white Peace Doves strolling the courtyard, munching on Olive berries. The owner Mike works tirelessly to keep the place looking and working well, and always has a smile and positive word for his guests and visitors. The Lodge offers quaint cabins and modest apartments, circular 'glamping' tents (with wooden platform floors, comfy beds, spacious areas) carefully set amidst leafy trees, lawn and bullrush ponds so each has privacy and easy access to communal kitchen / ammenities. I originally came for a brief visit but ended up staying longer as Fossil Bay Lodge is so serene! Perfect if you're in a space of healing, writing, creating or reflecting.. Highly recommended for conscious travellers.
