We suddenly needed a place to store some items quickly while we had our renovations done. I met with Garry and he was so helpful. He organised everything so quickly for us and that day we had our items stored. The unit was a perfect size and easy to get things into. When we were done he was just as helpful.
Thank you team for making another move in smooth. We git 50% off our first month and only paid $89 for the month. We booked a move in day and had a delay for a week with our movers. The team here were understanding and managed to move our start date to a week later so we didnt loose the week. Really appreciate local business that is considerate of peoples needs. Clean secure facility easy accessible to load in and out of the second floor.

My partner Ronny Andi used fort Knox and If I could give them less than 1 star I would they deserve negative 5 stars. Having been through the recent floods in northern NSW and fallen behind in payments although communicating with the site manager and his assurance our entire belongings not destroyed in the floods will be fine until my tax came in. In addition to offering me white goods and furniture to replace the damaged stuff I call about a month later to do as I agreed to fix up arrears and put storage fees in front 6 months 'GARY' after an awkward silence informs me that my belongings were "GONE" "Yeah they went 3 weeks ago" Gary also disclosed has a $200 refund for me. $200k of Indigenous Art & Priceless Artifacts collected over decades throughout the NT and my Families Tribal Totems with my Indigenous Ancestors Remains earns me 200 dollar refund. You are a disgrace and a ethically devoid excuse for a human being GARY, as for your business model of exploiting vulnerable people whom had shown nothing but all intention of keeping to their arrangements. yes we had problems in communicating because we were displaced and moved around so much up and down the coast all the while trying to salvage what's left of our lives. Relieved in your assurances and generosity to me. Only to discover your DISHONEST & UNETHICAL behaviour. Worse than kicking someone whike they are on the ground crippled & bleeding. I WISH THAT I HAD DROWNED IN THE FLOODS NOW, as you have greedily and deceitfully " our livex. SHAME ON YOU GARY. VERY LOW ACT
I recommend this storage. The service is great, staff is very helpful, access is easy and prices are very reasonable.
The Manager was very helpful. The facility was clean, our goods maintained their good condition whilst in storage. Easy access and good security. This is the third time we have used Fort Knox Labrador and would recommend the facility to all.
In a short period of time, all my goods covered in thick layer of fine machining dust from an adjacent unit. Had to throw some stuff out and wear a mask to clean my goods. Total lack of care from management. I have vacated my unit and would not recommend this place to anyone else.
Had my stuff in here for three years. Just got back and checked everything out and it's the same as it was when I put it in and in pristine condition. Easy access and reasonable costs and Garry is very helpful! Recommended Fort Knox Labrador anytime..
I had no problems with storage at fort nox for over 2 years the staff and especially the on site manager were fantastic to deal with I highly recommend this storage company. Mark Brown
