I would not recommend this storage facility. I wrote to advise them when I would be finally leaving my unit empty at end of lease, then left my unit empty and unlocked for a brief period while I sorted some things out. When I returned to put my now sorted things in there I found that my lease had been terminated. Scott decided to call my issue "silly," and an inconvenience to him.

My Experience with Storage King at Southport was wonderful. A very secure storage unit, with large lifts and trolleys for easy access. Clean and easily accessible to the owner. I would highly recommend these storage units to friends and family. Five Star Rating 😄

The staff at Storage King Southport QLD have been fantastic, they took all the stress out of relocating. I didn't have to worry about a thing. So many sized unites to choose from, all I had to tell them was how much stuff I had and they calculated the sized unit I needed. WIN!! Safe, Dry and protected. I HIGHLY recomend this location for storing your stuff. Thank you so much Scott and staff for looking after my belongings, You have all made this move that much more pleasant.

Storage King in Southport offers fantastic service in a facility perfectly designed to ensure the storage experience is as easy as possible. Secure access with competitive rates, immaculately clean sheds in a range of sizes with plenty of trolleys for moving and a range of packaging materials contribute toward an easy stress free experience. I would highly recommend this business if you're requiring storage long or short term; with any questions or concerns readily dealt with by friendly approachable staff.

If you looking for storage in the Southport area Storage King Southport should be your answer. They have been incredible to deal with from the first contact to the viewing of the facility, contract, packaging material, estimation of required space, prices etc. Customer service at its very best, Helen made me feel comfortable and excited about the move. I didn't even have any questions to asked, she provided me with all the necessary information. The facility is very secure, clean and accessible. I highly recommend!
