Great service while you have a unit. But terrible when trying to leave they continued to charge me for 2 months after canceling my storage unit when confronted it took them a further 6 months of calling every week to get that money and my bond money back.
Best value self storage in the Gold Coast. The place exceeded my expectations easily accessible and in a central area of town. The units were very clean and well insulated. At first I thought I would need two units but most of my stuff fit in a single 20 foot container which was great. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I do recommend them.
Storage was ok but limited entry times very dirty toilets and very quick to hit you with a $20 late payment fee and extremely slow to get your deposit backover 3 weeks
