Stayed Nov 2017. Great hospitality from Rob and Kim. Free hangarage (good cause the wind was blowing a gale). Nice old style house and nice meal and cold beer. All for $140 overnight. A bargain, considering you're in the absolute middle of nowhere, surrounded by nothing for basically hundreds of kilometers. Very interesting museum (100 yrs of history) with viewing platform on roof. Tour of the area from Rob as well...

Amazing hospitality from Kim and Rob. Make sure you stay overnight and order dinner from them. AVGAS $3/L
