Andrew was exceptionally helpful finding time in his busy schedule to check it over on such short notice. He found the issue and had me bring it back and fixed the issue in 5 mins. He could have charged me for his time but he sent me on my way without doing so whereas many mechanics wouldn't have done the same. I'll definitely be going back as its hard finding a reliable and honest garage and being a young girl I find it hard finding somewhere that won't use that to their advantage. I'm very happy with their service
Extremely helpful, honest and well priced: - Had a wof test failed by VTNZ and suggesting expensive fixing as well as silly reasons for failing like misalignment in headlights while has been done recently. - On the same half day I was able to drop the van, get the wof done only with minor fixes130$ - Great communication in person and on the phone to validate fixing and price before doing the work. Exactly what's expected from a good garage. Had a trusted Garage in Nelson then moved to Dunedin recently, and hesitated when choosing a garage based on google reviews and moneyhub.co.nz reviews. But was really not disappointed! I recommend Forbury service for all these reasons.
I've been going to Andrew for the best part of 15 years now. Absolute champion bloke and him and his team have looked after my cars exceptionally well. Never ever had an issue.
We just got a new warrant of fitness. My husband has gone here for a number of years and they are honest friendly and reliable and they would never recommend doing anything that doesn't need done but will let you know of anything that will be needing attention in the future. I couldn't reccomend Andrew and his team highly enough,
Nice people, Andrew dealt with my wife's car in a professional manner even though there was a mistake by their end initially. This is the best customer satisfaction.
