0 customer service. Employees are just hear to stand and talk among themselves. Was gonna buy 574s legacy but ended up ordering online as the employees were just not ready to stop talking amongst themselves!
Went in last Thursday night after Jack answered the phone with a brilliant telephone manner, ended up getting some new asics kayano 29s which fit perfectly and amazing for treadmill. The socks are great too! 3 other companies didn't answer the phone. Brilliant phone and in store service. I will definitely be back.
I don’t know why ANY of the stores in Perth have a phone number listed when they don’t answer! I had been trying at different times over 2 days and no answer. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Really good customer service, helped me find the exact right size for a Nike air Max 90s shoes 8.5 and put them on hold for me for 24 hours while I look at some others I'm looking at. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Let me try on all three sizes for both feet and walk around in them. Nice helpful good service. Decent shop. Thanks
I have been trying to get in contact with you by phone for a while now and not 1 single time could you answer the phone! There is no way that there is no one that could take a call for the past hour!
Staff were super friendly. Really helpful & gave great advice. We didn't end up buying shoes, due to no stock of right size, but the staff didn't hesitate to check for us. Perfect customer service.
Super frustrated... very poor customer service. They ordered a wrong shoes and we received after 3 weeks. Supervisors are not professional at all. Make sure to review your invoice before you leave and check the shoes bag. NOT RECOMMENDED STORE.

I went to this store and asked for a specific size yet a lady tells them to send down a different size, they were also a bit rude and I had to walk up to someone for help. Won't be going back to this store. Not the best customer service.
Recently Perth city store is the best store. Always happy purchasing there.Staffs have exceptional customer service . Especially there is a sale assistant name Darren K who is the best! Very enthusiastic and very helpful! Thank you Darren.
