Absolute legends at this store. Justin, Finn and Erin went above and beyond to help me source a Nike product. Nothing was too difficult for them and they were so kind and patient in helping me. Fantastic customer service at the level which I also experienced at Nike in the USA. I am very fortunate to have dealt with such passionate and driven staff. Shout out to Manny also who assists me on my lunch break browsing. More than happy to return to this store and purchase more items.
I am a regular customer here at Nike Hay Street and I am always greeted with a smile and fantastic customer service. They always help me out when I need to get a fresh pair of shoes for either myself, friends and family. I do strongly believe that Erin, Justin and Maddy deserve a raise. Finn and Sophie are also a delight.
Awesome service! Maddie was an absolute legend and helped heaps, been wearing my shoes for about a week and a half now and have been epic, fit really really good! Definitely will be headed back, always just good to have a look around as well :
Hate posting negative reviews but sorry, I work on Hay St, I always come in here and never once been greeted or smiled at. Lift your customer service guys, you are Nike flagship store! Karrinyup store is exceptional with their service and I have never not been greeted there!
Came to the store for my daughter Jordan sneakers and Justin was very helpful and ordered my shoes and gave me call when it’s arrived as promised. What a service thanks to all the teams at Nike store in Perth city!!!!!!

maddie was the rudest customer service person iv ever met and whilst there heard her threaten someone harm with her millitary partner couldnt believe my ears never go back there again
Just went to the store. The sails person Peter was absolutely fantastic. He helped me with my sizes, explained the difference between older models and new models, and even reminded me of prior vouchers I owned in the system. Couldn't speak any higher of him.
