I bought a pair of sneakers last week, but returned them on Sunday for a larger size. They had one pair in stock in my size but there was an issue with one of the Shoes. The shop Assistant Jenna was so friendly and helpful! She offered to order Me another pair, which I received three days later, delivered to my home! Foot Locker will definitely be my first choice for footwear from now on.
Such attentive and friendly staff. Amazing customer service. What an extensive range aswell. I won't be looking elsewhere for my shoes going forward. You guys are champions!

Just had the best experience with Footlocker Geelong! I was shopping for new shoes with my son, he has autism and the cool upbeat music was stressing him, making it almost impossible for him to shop. I asked if it was possible to lower the sound? and straight away the kind young man turned it down! The effective was amazing, my son was able to pick a fantastic new pair of sports shoes and leave do much happier! Thankyou you not only helped my son, but also myself
Very rude customer service provided by the middle eastern employee with the man bun, on multiple occasions while shopping in this store. He made belittling comments about customers as there was no attempt made to help me while the other two team members were serving two other customers. I've been shopping at Footlocker for over a decade and will not be returning here from the service I have received. Awful.
Don’t know name but she was Blonde and skinny was rude to my kids and making sly comments and swearing in front of my kids with other male workers never will I return.
Good service, just didn’t have the colourways we were after
Disappointing as no childrens basketball shoes in store anymore, struggled to get service, had to ask 4 different staff for help who'd check for a pair of shoes and then wander off. We've had great experiences in many footlocker stores but won't be going back to this one.
Don't bother trying to call them as they won't answer the phone to help anyway
