Food works Melton. Poor service, shelves not stocked. One register open. A small woman with long black hair is lazy & appears to do nothing. I have seen her MANY times open the register for a friend serve them & then close. Whoever works where the cigarettes are does all the work. I now only go there if I need to go to the chemist.

Its good for vegetarians and vegans with (mostly) a wide range of items. They can be a little unpredictable with updating their stock. I wish they would start stocking Tofurkey products again so we don't have to travel to the city or Gisborne. But overall good choice and quality produce.

Great Supermarket, but it is becoming stale. It need refurbishing near the freezers you have buckets in the isle where water drips from the ceiling. Sadly its very run down. C'mon guys spend some money and save the store
