I recently visited this petrol station to fill up a 20L jerry can with diesel. The machine showed that I received 20L, but when I checked, it only contained 16.5L. This is very concerning and raises questions about the pump’s accuracy or calibration. I plan to report this issue to the ACCC for investigation. The location is convenient, but this experience has made me lose confidence in their fuel measurements.
I’ve been going to this 7-Eleven for the past three months and, honestly, I’m really disappointed. The store itself isn’t great—the floors are often sticky and not the cleanest—but I could live with that. What truly upsets me is that no matter what time of day or which day of the week I visit, the halal pie is never there. It’s the main reason I come in, and every single time I leave frustrated and let down. After months of hoping things would improve, it feels like this store just doesn’t care about its muzlim customers. I really hope with this message i could see some improvements thanks.
Great coffee, snacks reasonably priced. Though petrol has been unfortunately highly priced, compared to Bacchus Marsh and Deer park.

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the unacceptable treatment I received at one of your locations from a cashier named Aryan Zahir.nnWhile filling up my car with petrol, this cashier abruptly cut off my supply, claiming he could not verify my vehicle registration online. This action was completely unjustified, disrupted my purchase, and publicly humiliated me in front of other customers. Such treatment is unprofessional, unacceptable, and goes against the standard of service I expect from 7-Eleven.i wanted to know one thing why after filling half of my petrol tank he cuts off the petrol supply ...If he could check my rego which is bizarre which I showed him on vic roads on the spot why would he even let me fill the petrol than ...Not only once he apologises for his behaviour ..He wasn't even wearing his name batch on the job and started questioning me that have I ever worked in the retail store like why would you be asking these kind of questions to your customers ?nnI demand an immediate review of this incident and expect corrective action to be taken to prevent similar experiences for future customers. A business that prides itself on customer service should not tolerate such behavior from its employees.nnI would like to make other people aware that they invading our privacy by checking our details online - God knows what scam website they are entering our details to pass it to other scammers ...
