Highly recommend! It took me two years to get back to a hairdresser because I was never happy with the result. Took a risk and booked in last minute at Follicles thanks to a Google review I read regarding long, thick hair. My hair is long and SUPER thick. All I wanted was a trim and to thin it out a bit as it's so heavy. They did EXACTLY THAT! It's amazing, it looks healthier, and it is SO much lighter and no longer gives me headaches. On top of that, unlike other salons, won't take advantage of long, thick hair girls and charge stupid amounts just for a cut, cost me $45 for a dry cut and I could not be happier. They also do amazing colour!

Fantastic Salon. Prior to coming here, I’d tried out a range of other salons but I found that they didn’t quite listen to me, always taking off more length than I’d requested or styling my hair in the way that they wanted and not me. Rossana is my go to girl. She really takes the time with her clients. She listens to you and never does anything that you don’t want. In the six years that I’ve been coming here, I can honestly say that I’ve never been unhappy with my hair. Staff are lovely and kind, always offering you a cup of tea or a glass of water. I’m so lucky to have found Follicles!

So happy walking out today with my new hair! They hit the nail on the head with my colour and blend and helped me achieve the look I really wanted. Seriously talented and friendly staff members. Can't wait to head back for my freshen up! My hair feels amazing and I've already had heaps of compliments! ❤️

Saved it on my Google maps places to go. Stuff are amazing and they tell you straight in your face what is good or bad for your hair. I'm so amazed for the job they done for my hair. They also advice you for products even if they don't sell it. Took 3 buses and was definitively worth it.

Omg!!!  Would recommend this place to anyone/everyone that wants to go from dark to light..  Very creative and talent..  Take there time..  Keeps the customer first priority... Good customer service..  So supportive.. One of the best salons iv ever been too..  So glad god create these wonderful people in this world to help people with there dream hair... I love it love it love it.. Thank you so much... I Will be back!!!
