they ruin my hair! the hairdresser keep saying "ok, ok, ok.." when i was telling him how i like my hair cut. but he completely ignored my instructions and ruin my hair. Never seen a hairdresser with such a poor skills! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!

I came here for a haircut for the first time without reservations because I was looking for a new place for a haircut and I heard good reviews about this place. The staff were rather friendly and polite. However, the reason I gave this place a low rating was because the haircut in the end turned out to be horrible. I told the hairdresser I wanted my sides to be shaved with a 1 guard to a certain point and then blended in with scissors and I told her specifically not to touch the top. She nodded and said okay. Completely disregarding my requests, she shaved my sides all the way up straight without blending it at all, thinned the top, which I have been growing for months trying to get more volume and cut it short despite me telling her not to. I'm quite disappointed with the haircut and I won't be returning again.

Very good customer service. Special thanks to the girl who perm My hair today. At first I am not very accomodate to my new hair style, but when I am back home I realise what she have done is a masterpiece 😋 will be there next time when I need to get my hair done.

Always friendly, thank you very much. ESL so showing a picture is always helpful and they can give exactly what you want. Overall lovely staff.

Great service and top skill for transforming my long hair to a totally cool style of short hair. And the price is so reasonable considering the time and effort put into. Definitely recommend to everyone and lots of my friends are already their regular customers.
