Never before have I felt so compelled to write a review. We ordered a 4 piece bedroom suite. It arrived two weeks later, when I was given 5 minutes' notice from the delivery men. We had paid for delivery and assembly. They tried to leave without assembling, claiming they didn't know if I had paid for assembly or not. When I clarified that I had, they began assembling. 30minutes later, they informed me they had to leave as they were late for the next delivery, leaving me with all four pieces unfinished, and a sea of styrofoam and cardboard. I was prepared to dispose of the packaging myself. I was not prepared for the state they had left my patio, bedroom, hallway and stairs. I was on my own with a 6 month old baby and had to sleep on the floor after they left as the mattress had been propped up against the bedroom wall, and the floor now had planks of wood all over it. They informed me they had never installed this furniture before and the bed looked 'wrong' and I had to call the company. Which I did. They asked me to email photos. Which I did. I was provided the wrong email address. I went into the store the next day where it was 'confirmed' the bed had been manufactured incorrectly. I asked if someone could come round to confirm this as both planks were cut at the same angle so it seemed unlikely. I also wanted that person to complete assembly of the other pieces, and to simply clear the floor so I could lower my mattress to sleep on it. This did not happen for another 2 weeks, after multiple phone calls to different representatives of the company. Incidentally, there was no manufacturing problem with the parts originally delivered. It seems any customer-facing employee has zero authority to make any decision, and 'management' are inaccessible. So many other issues with my experience with this company, but you get the gist!

My dining suite arrived on time and was promptly assembled by friendly delivery guys. I'm a happy customer.

Worst experience I've ever had. Went in store to order the Studio modular sofa and were charged extra for stairs. Sofa arrives 11 weeks later only to find that one part was so large it wouldn't go up any stairs(and ours are wide!) or slight corners. Stupid design. We had to organise a balcony lift at our own inconvenience, which took another couple of weeks, plus the company were so tight that they would only pay for half of it and half of the extra stairs charge. Despite admitting this was an error on their part not communicating this in the first instance. Would never have ordered if we'd known. Nightmare!

Do not buy from this store. We purchased a table and chairs at the start of June hoping it would arrive on June 9. We've now been told it could arrive as late as end of August. There have been four delays. It's absolutely disgusting. I've had to chase and it's not fair.
