We are a full-time martial arts school located in Coolangatta. We specialise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, and self-defence for all age groups.

We are a full-time family friendly martial arts school located in Coolangatta Queensland. We specialise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and self-defence for all age groups starting from 5 years old and up.

Our goal is to provide high quality martial arts instruction in an environment that is safe and enjoyable. We seek to continuously nurture a culture of friendship, respect, and discipline, whilst also emphasising the development of positive life skills in our members.

Whether you are looking to compete in martial arts, or are just looking for a fun and challenging way to improve your fitness, strength, and the like, we provide classes to cater for all levels.

The environment here is absolutely inspiring. Ive only just started out and with only 3 classes under my belt, in every class people have been so friendly and always introduce themselves! The vibe here is awesome. Really friendly, great people and professional coaches ! Great atmosphere for people just starting out.

Love the gym.  If your looking for a martial arts academy that is family orientated and has classes for all ages then you should go to flow.   Paulo and Ryan are amazing BJJ instructors and have a real heart to see people grow and succeed not just in martial arts but in life as well.  As a parent I love sending my sons to flow to learn BJJ  and as an adult my wife and I love learning a new martial art together that is great for your fitness and handling the stresses of life

Excellent team, fantastic clean and modern facility with a great vibe. Very experienced trainers who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend Flow Martial Arts to everyone of all ages. 👍🏼

I really treasure a good martial arts gym and this lovely little gym is by far the most friendly and self rewarding gyms I've trained at and I've been to a couple. It's hard being a female and feeling safe in this sort of environment but i've never felt safer, they really look after you and make sure you don't get hurt unlike some places. It's perfect for all ages from kids to adults, males and females with a rich BJJ program and a safe striking program with passionate down to earth coaches that are encouraging you at every turn.
