In my eighth year of Arakan. Inspiring confidence and self belief. Awesome training location

I have been fortunate enough to train Arakan martial art for a little while now. From what I have seen it is such an amazing art that is extremely effective in street situations! It becomes more than just fighting after a while and has been great to help in many areas of my journey. The instructors are very knowledgable, approachable, friendly and genuinely want to see every student progress and become better. I highly recommend everyone to train and learn what an amazing art this is.

i have started Arakan a year ago when i turned 50 in order to get  fit and healthy and have found it to be one of the most rewarding things I have done. I have never been a fighter and have found the skills that they teach at times challenging, but it is always done in en environment were you feel safe, even though you may be out side your comfort zone. All the instructors and other students are supportive and encouraging regardless of the level you are at. I find it fantastic and after only a year i do feel more confident and focused. i would recommend it to anyone to give it a go

I started my Arakan journey just over 2 years ago.  Its easily one of the best things I have done.  My instructors have been amazing through the whole process.  For me, its not just learning to defend myself its about becoming more self aware, self confident, fitter, stronger and faster.  I would highly recommend anyone looking to try martial arts to give Arakan  a go.
