We walked in and try to ask some info about our trip, and suggestion/recommendations but they told us is they do not have time to search for a good deal at the moment, the girl wanted us to know the hotel where we want to stay. She also say to go online because is cheaper. Everybody know how to book an hotel or flight, but if a customer go to a travel agency is because need help and as many info as possible about the city to go to, or about a good accommodation, things to do, absolutely zero customer service. When we got there, there were three people doing nothing and talking, only now I understood why the agency was empty. Never again
Appalled is an understatement. I visited Laura at this flight centre back in early June. I have a gender confirming surgery planned November 21st for my transition from male to female At first she was very helpful and reassured me that she would help me find the best price/ stop overs as I was flying to Argentina for this surgery and it’s a long haul. She took a good 4 weeks to reply to my further enquiries because I now have a friend coming with me so we were looking at flight paths with overnight stop overs with hotels. I had to physically go in and ask her if she’d received my email, she assured me I was next on her list. I even told her at this point I had paid the deposit for my surgery. 2 weeks later she emailed me with one flight option which looked somewhat appealing. I responded with questions about what the flight graph meant and which times were stop over times and asking advise on travel insurance etc. That email I responded to was the 1st OF JULY. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing, I emailed again explaining how I am empathetic with how busy travel agents/ hospitality is as I work at a hotel myself. But that I really need to get this sorted so I feel like I have things lined up. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing. Just completely stopped responding to me. My friend who is coming as my support person for surgery then had to step up and reached out to her travel agent at a different flight centre. 24 hours after my friend emailed that agent, we had MULTIPLE flight options to look at, the agent was telling us what temporary visa’s we would need for the stop over in Chile. And a few hours after that we had booked the flights. The price had gone up since it was closer to November by this point which was something I was trying to avoid. I don’t know if Laura from this flight centre office had personal circumstances, which I would understand her giving me radio silence in that case. But a heads up or a call or email from upper management or someone monitoring clients if it is the case that Laura resigned, something happened in her personal life. That is the least that could have been done. Especially since I made it so clear how important this trip is to me.
I went to flight centre and I had Masey for the second time unfortunately as nobody else was free. She really has not knowledge of costumer service or even communication skill. Her attitude was very cold and unhelpful, even though I went there early she told me she didn’t have time to help me. If you are not good at your job and have not interest in helping people if you have not people skills, or travel experience… I wonder what are you doing working at travel agency? When you go to a travel agency you expect the person you see to be able to give you some advise and actually help but instead you find these dull, zombie like agents that treat you as less than a human…
We have flights in credit. We are not able to redeem them in the required time frame. I tried callin several times in 6 weeks and no answer. As we are Travelling Australia, we walked into the Esperance flight center, only to be told we can't help you, you need to call the flight centre in Murray St and speak to Justin. She gave us a number to call only to find out it is the main line which never answers. We ring 9 on the dot even tried 8.30. Nothing. If there was no stars you would get it. When I booked pre covid I had 2 amazing ladies that we dealt with that are no longer with flight center. They were from the South Perth Store. They were a credit to your company, but since then no response no help. I will not recomend you at all to anyone ever. I don't want to hear your excuses they are the same all the time. Since covid we have a high demand. Since borders open we are very busy. Call back. Well that clearly dont work. WELL MY COMMENT TO YOU IS GET MORE PEOPLE AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WANT BUSINESS. I never give bad review on anyone or anything. But enough is enough.

My experience with Flight Centre in Murray Street mall was fantastic. Natasha booked my accommodation and flight home. She did a great job. I was able to then relax and enjoy Perth. Thanks Natasha
Don't bother. I was dismissed because of no appointment booking was made. As good as centrelink for efforts but you can talk to someone at centrelink. I suggest another travel agent as l did.
I have booked tickets with them and ended up having to make changes of my destination. Walked in to the store on a quiet Tuesday morning with only 2 clients in store and 5 consultants working. However, I was turned away because they are so flat out doing emails. I am appalled with the services. I called the other centre where I booked my tickets, only to be told again that only the consultant who booked my tickets will help with my queries. Most disgusting customer services I have ever had, they sure take your money quick and once you've paid, they don't care.
Very inconvenient, lost my patience already. After too many attempt of contacting the store and unable to book an appointment to assist my mum. I called few times and theres no other options to make a booking store. The flight centre near our area was also useless and did assist us at all with the booking. The centre were closed by 4pm but the site information stated as 5:30pm.
Well flight centre is poor service ive been ringing for three weeks about my flights and no one ever anwsers the phone i have tryed the mangers phone and his name is Justin still no help through the phone call’s abit feed up so i had to go through qantas agency assit form to process as we have had no help Disappointed???
