Aaron from Bonaventure was exceptional in getting my partner and I tickets back to Australia after cancelled flights and being told we would have to wait until 2022 by other travel agents. He was responsive, professional and empathetic. Our flights back were seamless and we are now thrilled to be home. I would 100% recommend to any family member or friend.
As I spend my last day in Australia for a while, I cannot thank Brian Conway from Bonaventure Travel enough for his kindness, professional handling and knowledge of the travel industry during these interesting times.
