I tried to call this store 3-4 times over the course of a week they have taken my number and said they will call me back after looking after instore customers which they haven't. all i want is to book an 8 week holiday return pretty straight forward just flights. you have lost my business i just rang the contact centre and they were more than happy to book my flights very cheery and accomodating. You are terrible at customer service i hope my rating deters other potential customers.

Tried to book a holiday through one of the staff here - Stephanie Sassine - was told she wouldn't do the quote for me until I have her $600 because it would take her time. Why would I pay money just to get a quote?! Horrible service, and not the first time I've heard bad stories from this store. Would never go back.
