Recently booked a trip to Canada with Patrice and she was an absolute gem! I usually book everything myself online but will book through Patrice in future as she literally took all the stress out of booking the trip. I have dealt with flight centre for my traveling arrangements for the last 5 years. My agent was Niki Dart. Not only did she flawlessly organize my multi leg trips, when there were unforseen hiccups along the way, Nikki sorted them all out with just one email. I cannot speak highly enough of Niki and the flight centre team. Will definitely be using them for all my future bookings and holidays.. Thanks again!!

On my first visit to flight centre, with plans to book a trip to Europe, I was pleasantly greeted by staff and called forward by a worker Niki Dart. Niki was incredibly accomodating, taking onboard all ideas from myself and my partner, and made every effort to make it work. We had plans to organise a big two month trip, squeezing in 7 countries, which would have seemed impossible without her. She found us the best flights possible, taking into account our wants and needs for flight time/airlines/etc. She also organised flights and train tickets between each country, which she printed out individually and perfectly highlighted and labelled and organsed by date in a folder for us, making it the easiest way to keep track of our schedule. She also did the same with all of our transfers, hotel and tour bookings, highlighting all important information on every date, and leaving little notes on pages to make sure nothing went amiss. For our first big trip overseas, we would have been incredibly lost without Niki's expertise (quite possibly literally, too!). Her level of knowledge and organisation is like none other i've seen. We have since booked another trip with her, and we would never go anywhere else. Booking with her provides so much security knowing you have someone like her planning these things for you. If you want your dream holiday planned, I highly recommend going to see Niki!

Local office in Runaway bay booked my flights for Hamiltion Island and organised a choice of accomodation for us to choose, not just reccomended most expensive. It was an awesome trip and made a lot easier by helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good experience.
