I have been dealing with Courtland at Flight Centre for many years now and I can highly recommend him! His service is first class! Nothing is too much trouble for him! He goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is exactly what you wanted it to be without any problems.  
He is a pleasure to deal with and with many years of retail experience under my belt, I know good service when I come across it. Looking forward to many more dealings with Courtland and Flight Centre 👍

Charles made me do my booking on the phone front of him and when i finished he said i can not book anything on the phone i have to print out screenshots.Went home did that and finally when i have returned with 6 printed pages he said it is not good because i does not show my credit card details?????
The screenshots shows cost summary so they can do the price match but Charles was unprofessional and i could not book with Flight Centre and i don't think that i will ever!

Surprised at some of the reviews here. I booked my holiday to the US with Simon and Megan and found them both very helpful. My husband and I had a great time travelling around the Deep South and their hotel recommendations were spot on.

Had an awful experience. Won't be back there again especially since there are many other Flight Centre offices that would welcome any business that comes their way. Ashleigh needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. She is great at dishing out excuses & reasons why everything is too hard. Perhaps she could also consider a career change?!  She had 20 minutes spare before an appointment but still refused to help us. Also told us the other consultants were too busy. Who in their right mind lets a potential sale worth $1,000's walk out the door??? Flight Centre Point Cook does!!! Now on our way to Chadstone. Called them & they very politely & professionally advised that we can head on over & book our flights with them. Love them already! Never again PC Flight Centre...NEVER AGAIN!

Really disappointed with Point Cook Flight centre after we booked a trip to Phuket and Singapore.. the service was good and Simon was friendly but the information on the hotels was so far wrong it wasnt funny.. we were told the hotel in Kata beach we were staying at was under going renovation to the dinning room only but when we got there the whole place was being painted and workmen going until 10pm.  i must say we still enjoyed our stay though... then we get to Singapore to find a room as big as a shoe box with the shower over the top of the toilet and about 10 inches around each side of the bed and in a really quiet part of town..  we didnt stay, instead we booked into a much bigger and nicer room in a different part of town where we were at least near some life..  I think Flight centre should take some responsibility for their recommendations as now we are out of pocket for 4 nights accommodation and we are being told the wholesaler said the hotel wont refund the money.. well i dont think the hotel is really to blame i think Flight centre is... I dont think we can trust them again with holiday bookings and there will be plenty in the future...
