I visited your store in Noosa Civic last week. There were already people waiting to speak to a consultant. However, an employee greeted us all and explained that they were busy with an influx of people and could we come back later. He even gave us all approximate times to return. On my return, I was lucky enough to be seen by Jo Tatton. Jo helped me with something which I had done myself online. She didn't hurry me and took the time to explain and direct me as to what my alternatives were and how I could achieve them. Great service! I will be visiting them again to make all my travel bookings in future.
I went in to look at booking a fiji holiday. Had my dates ready and my 10k budget. The gentleman was completely disinterested and condescending. Did not offer to look at options just said that he would help me when I was ready to book that day as they have flash sale. I said I would need to find a hotel and flights first and then check that night with my partner and then book. He said come back with your partner and he would look at a package for me then. I said my partner works 5 days a week and his reply was we are closed on sat. After that I gave up. Terrible service. I have worked for flight centre and have 2 family members one of which is very high up with flight centre hence why I chose to book with them. I will take my business elsewhere as this is not the attitude I was taught when I worked for your company.
My husband and I have just returned from a 2 month trip to EnglaGreece and Milan. All was organised by the lovely Anna from Flight Centre Civic Centre. Thanks Anna for making our trip easy and memorable. Thanks for your travel trips also. We will certainly go with Flight Centre and Anna for all our overseas travel arrangements in the future.
Absolutely poor customer service!! I have been trying to call the store several days just to book an appointment but no one answers the phone. I wait on hold for almost 10mins to then get an automated message saying the staff are too busy and need to book an appointment, no option to leave a message for call back and am hung up on. Irony at its finest! I then decided to walk into the store to see someone, to find at least 5 staff members present, and no other customers in sight. The girl who spoke to us was rude and had no interest in taking our business or money! Insisting they are all ‘too busy’ yet no one doing anything and that we need to book an appointment. I explained my frustration with already trying and having no luck, which was brushed off. Advised unable to attend at any other time and I just want to book a flight. Unable to book online, unable to contact anyone on any social media channel, unable to call and unable to speak to a consultant who has any customer service skills! I advised not to worry as It seems I will have to find another business who will be able to help and she was happy to let me walk out rather than offer any solution. Just wow. Horrible experience and I wish I could leave no stars!
They never get back to you even when you call multiple times for details of your quote. Strange way to run a business!
Whilst they are happy to take a booking, don’t try to cancel or get a refund as you can’t call them, to busy?? nor do they call you or return your email request. When we couldn’t get any response, we had to call a Senior Consultant in Brisbane who was Most helpful and acted immediately with results from her emails keeping us informed. As we have used this flight centre in the past for most of our flights and holidays with excellent service in the past from the personnel there, we will no longer be using Noosa Civic branch and be going to another outlet in future . Very poor after sales service if any?? Phillip & Marie Re your reply. Always look after existing Loyal customers as they will support and be loyal to you. A lesson that's invaluable to all businesses, no matter how busy you may be !
went recently to enquire about flight options. we were expecting someone who would be more than happy to explore different flight choices with us, however the agent we were put with was incredibly condescending. he wouldn’t give us an idea of prices until we pretty much agreed to book with them, which we didn’t want to do until we got the prices… obviously. he was the most negative travel agent I have ever dealt with, and was suggesting that I shouldn’t travel at all, even after I explained I was 100% going around that specific time because of various reasons. he seemed irritated that we were even there asking for advice. this particular agent made both of us not want to consider booking with flight centre in spite of a potentially cheap deal. won’t be going back there anytime soon.
Booked a ski package with them. Paid for all, never received our documents. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phone. Even the ski company we booked our ski passes with through flight centre tried to contact them several times, with emails marked as urgent, so they would s'en dus our documents-no response. We don't live on the Sunshine Coast, so couldn't just walk into their shop. THIS IS TERRIBLE!!
Go somewhere else. It's a shame but the service is dreadful....they don't even answer the phone.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The centre was extremely busy with all staff occupied. Flight Centre are reopening their Noosa Junction shop in 2 weeks to releive pressure
