Staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable.

$270 to change a flight that cost $199 originally (overcharged to $220). Don't think you will get a valid copy of Terms & Conditions Either.

Manipulative staff that will do anything to get a sale. Definitely dont ever leave your Flight Centre Gift card loaded as Store Credit here otherwise you will get taken to the cleaners and overcharged for flights & then you will need to pay double the flight cost just to make a change to day prior after the staff at the store convince you that you will miss your next flight home to Australia.

Absolute scam artists trying to force things into my ticket price that I didn't ask for and is optional....by the way the only good review here is from the blonde girl who actually works there how dodgy!!!!
