Have never had any issues with the amazing staff here, they have continued to offer their fantastic services across multiple overseas and local trips. They have saved us hundreds of dollars each trip and have even waived some extra fees to help us out. I never want to book through anyone else.

My family has had problems on more than one overseas trip in the last six months through the magic of flight centre in Belconnen. To provide some examples, on one ocaision we got to Europe only to find that we didn't have seats on the flight we were ticked for and had to wait half a day for a seat on a dodgy regional carrier, on two ocaisions we have been guaranteed that baggage was included in the ticket only to check in and have to pay an extra $250 on the spot (this would suggest that their lowest prices guarantee is based on incorporating a no luggage approach). On a further ocaision we requested and paid for a specific flight only to find out, after lengthy chasing, that we had been booked on a different flight that did not include baggage (we got something we didn't pay for, then were expected to pay extra. We will be doing it ourselves from now on as we had to do most of the research and legwork ourselves only to find that the flight centre guarantee is bollocks.
