Our aim is to keep fisho’s Torquay thinking of the local community sourcing fresh local produce. Enjoy this concept where our food is simple, fresh and tastes much better!

Stopped here with the family and really enjoyed the fresh seafood. The fish was flaky and fresh, the calamari lightly firm not rubbery, and the tacos were a standout. Not over the top, but solidly satisfying. Great beers too! Definitely worth a stop for anyone on a road trip looking for a tasty bite or a relaxed lunch.
ORDERED:n Fish & Chips: today's fish fried, hand cut mt prospect potato chips & dill tartare $25.00n Blistered cherry tomatoes salad: with zucchini ribbons, red onion, rocket, toasted pepitas, pesto dressing small $12.00n Sweet potato cake $3.50nn$40.50 / $20.25ppnnREVIEW:n Food is incredible at Fishos Torquay. The flavours and texture are impactful, no notes.n1. The batter is airy, and so many crispy craggily bits around the fish & the sweet potato cake.n2. For the salad, refreshing brightness from the pesto dressing which cut through the oiliness of the fried fish. The onion : rocket : tomatoes ratio was perfect. Light and sparse on the red onion .n3. The dill tartare was tangy but savoury, a perfect complement to the fish.nCan't imagine my fish and chips food experience any better than this! nnWe sat outside and I got sunburnt on my shoulders! There was no shade where we were, so definitely double check UV ratings before committing to sitting without shade.nGreat vibes anyway!! I would do it all again if there was no seating inside. They were PACKED after 12.30pm.nnThere was waiter by the entrance who directed you to seats. He was also nice enough to notice we didn't have any utensils so grabbed some from other tables for us!
An excellent restaurant on the Torquay waterfront. Friendly relaxed service, enticing menu, a real specials board, indoor or outdoor seating where you want & order inside and beach views. All boxes ticked, especially when fish & chips, and salad are delicious, non greasy and fish has full flavour.nPerfect spot for lunch outdoors on a sunny day.
Great service and delicious, fresh food. Very accommodating even without a booking on a busy night. Food took a little while, but was worth the wait. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.
I’ve loved visiting this place for many years. Great location with a cracking view from the veranda, always fresh fish, and friendly staff every time.nIt’s a perfect stop when you’re cruising the Great Ocean Road — absolutely recommend it.
