RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully.
Customers are encouraged to taste cooked prawns and oysters before purchasing.

Should you be unhappy with your product please return it to the store of purchase with your itemised receipt and ask to speak with a Manager.

If unable to return to the store on the day of purchase, please refrigerate or freeze items and CONTACT STORE BY PHONE OR EMAIL WITHIN 24 HRS. A 24hr contact number is located at the bottom of all cash register receipts.

Please do not discard products.

For complaints or issues about our products, staff or service please call or email us to ensure prompt service. FishCo is unable to provide customer service regarding complaints or refunds through Facebook or Google.

Customers are advised to use cooler bags or ice (which is available upon request), and to purchase fish & seafood last before going home.

Regular customer here and i love this store. Great range and great prices. Easy free parking and helpful staff.
Head down to page tavern every Friday night. I just won a huge seafood tray supplied by fishco. It was the highlight of our weekend. I'll definately be getting my seafood from fishco from now on. It's a shame they moved from Belconnen.

I highly recommend this shop, not only because of the quality of the food but also because their service is really good. every time I have been, I have been served the freshest produce and have had no complains at all. They are very hospitable. I cannot recommend this shop enough, I have recommended this shop to my friends and family and they all have said nothing but good things about the service and produce. I highly recommend FishCo for their quality product, value for money and amazing customer service. We had a couple of family members who were undergoing various medical treatments in the lead up to Christmas and we needed to be really careful about going to public places. I reached out via email and they were so kind to help us out, organising my order so that I could collect it without going into the store. We were so grateful as they went above and beyond for us. The seafood selected was fabulous and very reasonably priced too. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Thanks Catherine, much appreciated!
A broad range of fresh seafood. I never thought Canberra would have such a big seafood apetite but I am amazed by the seafood here.
Do your research people. These guys not only charge premium prices for frozen items that are thawed and sold as fresh but $80 per kilo for “sashimi” grade fish that still has the belly attached. You’re paying for product you’ll throw in the bin. Disgrace.
