First National Real Estate Upper Coomera

Tammy has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she has kept in constant contact with us throughout the process of applying for a property. Far better service than I have experienced with any other real estate agent! Had to come back and edit this review after 6 months of living at the property we rent from the FN Upper Coomera; they are sincerely the best and most efficient agents we have EVER dealt with. Problems and maintenance requests are responded to within a day if not hours and the team are all wonderful to deal with, particularly Leanne and Wolfgang with whom I’ve had the most contact. I seriously don’t understand the negative reviews I’ve seen posted and I would absolutely recommend these agents to anyone and everyone.

Tammy is a great property manager, she has been in constant contact with us since we have started our rental search and has been very helpful in any quiries we have had thus far. Very friendly and most importantly very professional along with the office staff we are very pleased with the service we have had.

It's so hard reading & trying to understand where these negative reviews are coming from when, for the past 5 years we as landlords have had nothing but outstanding service from Glenn Batten and his team. Special thanks to the lovely Joy Fortè who sent us progress photos of our property from slab stage. She understood we couldn't always be there and took it upon herself to do this for us......I've never heard of an agent doing this and I am most appreciative. I think we as landlords need to do what we can to help our property managers out when needed, and give credit where it's due. First National Upper Coomera are doing a great job in our eyes, and we thank them for it.

ABSOLUTELY horrendous service!!! I would never rent through this agency again, they have done nothing but waste my time and cause me constant stress. I am a great reliable and reasonable tenant and they treat me like I’m worthless. Julie is the rudest, most incompetent and patronising property manager ever not that she does actually does anything to manage the property. Not the sort of person you want to deal with, take it from me.

Property Investors Beware - this agent will waste both your time and money! Very lazy, unreliable, unprofessional and unethical property management team. Asked for important maintenance and set up to be done for my 2 properties. After 2.5 months I chased them up about it and they had done nothing! Peta, Leasing Manager, took 6 weeks to get tenants because they didn't advertise properly and had no proactive ideas, recommended a tenant that had yes's to problems all over their previous agents reference and then lied about the lease. Pam, their senior property manager is 70 and needs to retire - she 'forgets' to answer your emails, 'forgets' to follow through on anything that needs to be done and takes no responsibility for her mistakes. Glen the manager terminated our agreement the moment we raised concerns about their mistakes, neglect and unethical behavior. Didn't have the maturity and professionalism to objectively look at his staff's mistakes and try to rectify them!

1 star but should be 0 !! Landlords Beware !!! Worst Property Management I have EVER seen. 10 different people to go through for the 1 property! Unreliable, unprofessional and I might as well have managed the property myself from NSW! Glenn Batten the Principal Licensee if you can call him that has no idea what he or his staff are doing. A long winded email from him after I terminated my agreement with FN included nothing but excuses and blaming me the PAYING CUSTOMER for mistakes made by his incompetent staff. I had important maintenance issues which I notified the agency about in July 2016. These were not completed until December 2016 5 months later and only because I contacted my solicitor and the builder myself. A service I pay the agency monthly to do! As a client, I shouldn’t have to chase the staff members to ensure the service I pay for is delivered to me. The payment card used for rent payments is useless also and causes major delays in payment deliveries into Landlord accounts. I suggest if you are looking for a good property management team for your property... don’t stop here!

Worst Real Estate I have ever known!!! Absolutely disgusting service to tenants! Fantastic service Jackie Cook pre-lease signing! Than all goes downhill, PAM PROCTOR ---- Treats and speaks to you like your a dog! She is so rude and her tone and mannerism are so demeaning, that it's sickening! People like that should not be in a 'service' based roll, especially when she's dealing directly with the public!

Use at own risk! Terrible. I would not recommend 1st National Upper Coomera. Our experience as landlords includes: blurry photos out on the website, including photos where the agent can be seen in the mirror. Sending junior staff who did not know anything about our property and did not even venture further than the front door so could not have even advised where the ensuite was! Cancellation of inspections without being told, being told wrong times of inspections and my personal favourite was doing an inspection on behalf of first national myself! When we tried to raise issues with them they were not interested in listening and in fact missed the point altogether. Terrible customer service and management of our property, we are now using another property management company.

Tammy was lovely to deal with on inspection and sign up. All down hill from there unfortunately. The property we had just got the keys for was left in an unclean and unliveable condition, there are hundreds cigarette butts and beer caps everywhere, cigarette packets and other rubbish also. The walls, blinds and cupboards and other parts of the interior of the property are filthy with sticky residues, mould, drawings on walls and dirty marks in every room and the carpet is filthy and terribly stained. I asked for a cleaner to come and rectify these issues to which Julie and Wolfgang have said that no more money will be spent on the property and the uncleanliness is just ‘fair wear and tear’. If I can wipe it off with a cloth than it is most definitely dirty and not just wear and tear!! After all of this was said and done I discovered drug paraphernalia on the property heroin utensils. I was, and still am mortified as I have young children. Wolfgang acknowledged that he had seen the drug paraphernalia on inspection of the property but I would just have to deal with it and down played it as if it were not a big deal. The treatment received from these two ‘senior’ staff members was appalling and I wish I had of taken these reviews more seriously and went elsewhere. Avoid these people like the plague!!

I have been dealing with Joy, Tammy & Julie in renting out my property. Great team, no issues always a quick response when needed. Would recommend.
