We have been renting through Calgray Realty for 12mths and cannot criticize any of the Team. We were returning to the Gold Coast from interstate and could not get a rental due to number of applicants. One call to Rebecca and within a few days we had agreed to a property. During the course of our lease period, we have not had any issues with either Calgray Realty or the owners of the house. Any matters that required repairs was promptly actioned and at an appropriate time to us. We are only moving from this property to be closer to family and friends further south on the GC.  I cannot recommend Calgray Realty high enough. Thank you to the entire team.

Calgray Realty has been managing our investment properties for many many years. In every way their management, advice and genuine care of our properties has been faultless. Screening of tenants is detailed, maintenance is dealt with pronto and they are available to discuss any matter and offer their candid advice. Through the years it is the absolute confidence we have in their experience, professionalism and friendliness that is the key to our loyalty with Rebecca, Carol and their team. We're happily with you for the long term!

The Calgray team have been excellent to deal with... Rebecca went above and beyond to help our family secure a rental when we re-located from interstate... was happy to show us thru available homes same day....within hours... once we decided it was done within 4 hours... Had the keys within days...Cant recommend them highly enough... Been here nearly a year now any repairs we have asked for have been addressed immediately... Very happy with all the Calgray Team

We have dealt with many different real estates in the past 6 years for rental properties. We have had some dreadful experiences with some of them. For the past 2 1/2 years we have been renting through Calgray and we have had no problems at all. When things need fixing, it is arranged quickly. They do their inspections regularly and give adequate notice for when they are coming. Carol and Rebecca have been friendly and pleasant to deal with. It has been a relief to not have to be battling with a real estate anymore.

Wow, I'm surprised by some of the negative comments on this site earlier this year. During the past 10 years, this family business has looked after us and we are more than happy with them. People really do respond how they are treated - they have been polite, respectful, great to "think out loud with" and if required, go that extra mile!  Occasionally something goes wrong but never anything that can't be fixed. We have used them as rental and sales agents -  would I recommend them to others - absolutely, yes!
