We reserve the right to remove comments which:

• Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Contain swear words or other language likely to offend
• Could break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity (this includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court).
• Are seen to impersonate someone else
• Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses
• Are written in anything other than English
• Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others
• Are considered to be 'spam' (posts containing the same message posted multiple times)
• Are repeatedly off-topic for the discussion to which you are posting
• Are purely commercial in nature and promote a product or service that does not have First National Real Estate’s endorsement

First National Real Estate welcomes feedback, both positive and negative, but please make sure your comments are in line with the above guidelines. Repeatedly posting personal or offensive comments about individual Facebook users or people who work for First National Real Estate may be considered harassment. We reserve the right to remove such messages and take action against those responsible. By commenting on this page you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the House Rules laid out above.

Note: there are a wide range of swearwords and interpretations of those words. We intend to moderate language using a ‘common sense’ approach for some of the less offensive words, and see them in the context of their post.
