First Choice put tiled pitch roofs on my extension and also my garage replacing flat roofs. Did a great job, hardly any mess and a good price. So pleased with job then got them to replace very old paving drive and off road parking area with Yorkshire stone. Again  a brill job and would recommend them to anyone. Nothing was too much of a problem even when we decided to increase the paving area in front of the house at short notice . Well done First Choice.

Did a re-roof for me in October, wasn't happy with the so-called finished job and he fobbed me off for weeks saying it was fine, got another builder in to give me a second opinion who advised me to contact building control at Middlesbrough council straight away.....suprise suprise Greg hadn't notified the Building Inspectors about the job neither had he advised me that I had too nor did he get the work passesd, the Inspector advised me to organise a Structural Building Surveyor to do a report which cost me hundreds, report came back showing a catalogue of errors resulting in the roof being structurally unsafe and not fit for purpose, the Surveyor's recommendation was that the roof had to come down due to  incompetence and shoddy workmanship which had made the structure unsafe, Greg's arrogance through out it all was shocking, no apology and certainly no explanation, in the end I was given a refund. Avoid this builder at all costs.

First choice builders fitted a kitchen for me and did an amazing job they are highly professional and really nice people, I love my new kitchen and I plan on using first choice builders again I would highly recommend them to anyone, many thanks for a fantastic job x

They came to the house and gave us a quote on the spot, which was a lot less than we were expecting. He was obviously very busy, but managed to squeeze us in and sort out the work in a short time for us. Thanks!
