Absolutely outstanding customer service at the Dyson counter. I got to test things and received excellent dedicated advice, tips etc.. so much better than the counter at the deceased David Jones store. I am happy with my blow drier and may get that wrap too..
I always shop at Farmers but usually in Porirua. I went into the Wellington store today and saw this suit. I would urge its immediate removal to the 1950s museum in Te Papa.
Checked out their new stock arrived for summer and did find one good clothing item to take on holiday. Lots of variety in style and colour, but personally would prefer more cotton-based instead of synthetic.
The staff are usually great and they have all you need. Not the biggest Farmers around but great for clothing, makeup and beauty. Escalators inside - not sure of lifts so check first for accessibility. Edit: They now sell The Ordinary products!! Yay!
Mid range department store. Limited range of clothing and jot much variety. If you find something you like, it's generally good quality
Because of one retail assistant, I give a one. Perhaps if they are better next time, I might increase my review.
Fantastic service. I went in looking for a particular brand of lingerie and the lovely assistant helped me out by showing me where the brand was, and sizing options. A great bargain to purchase what I was after, as the store was having a sale. Great price, great brand, great service. What else could you want?
I've been going for years and customer service has never been great. They have these rude deeply insecure women serving you in the cosmetic section displaying post-puberty behaviour. In one incidence I heard them openly gossip about a customer right in front of them. I now rather wait for delivery by buying online from Adorebeauty or go to Chemist Warehouse and Mecca also located on Lampton.
You get what you come for from this store, however, an additional service to this is to be followed and suspected of thieving if you are either brown or below the age of 25. Ageist and racial profiling is something to anticipate when visiting this store alongside the other Farmers branches.
Got what we wanted. Good service. Easy shopping
