The spare part needed arrived promptly. I was able to book the vehicle in early with a phone call. Easily done. When I brought the vehicle in for the repair I was told there was only one mechanic on site. Considering that, the repair was completed in reasonable time.

Right from arrival I was directed nicely to the right spot & upon entry I was pointed to the right person. Peter was very helpful, told me approx how long it would take and gave me a coffee voucher for the cafe. It's probably "normal" service for you guys, but I was impressed and I definitely will come back for my WOF & probably services too. It would awesome to only travel to Tauranga instead of taking a day off work & heading over to Hamilton. Keep up the great service, I will definitely recommend your team to friends & family. 1st rate teamwork yet again, service dept. and parts got together and with Austin fitting the bits, I walked in with an enquiry and the job was done there and then in a few minutes. Thanks guys on the road quickly with new wipers.
Had our vehicle serviced recently. It always comes back cleaned and you get a complimentary coffee when you drop your vehicle off. Obviously it is built in to the service price but still better than some dealers. Staff are friendly and never had an issue with the service etc
