Bought a home office set. Great quality and got great assistance from the staff.nOne of the items when it was delivered was missing some of the hardware to assemble it, but within 30 minutes of contacting the store, one of the customer service reps think there name was Jade had sourced the replacement hardware. Very happy with my purchase and excellent customer service!nThank you!
I've had great service from the Windsor store. Both James and Tina were very helpful and I'm pleased with my purchases. An extra thank you as we were behind on the build and they helped me a lot by putting back the delivery date.
Sofa Shield Protection offered by Fantastic Furniture is terrible. I have been trying to get in contact with the Sofa Shield team for a claim for over 2mths and they are impossible to get hold of via phone, email or online chat. They clearly do not want people to make claims and try and deter them with awful customer service.
Do not buy from Fantastic Furniture.nnWe went into the Windsor store in January to purchase a sofa, walked around for a long time and nobody helped us. We decided to purchase a sofa and a dining table, not only was the customer service very poor but also at the time of purchase we were offered their sofa shield protection by the sales assistant who I later found out is actually the manager. We were told it covered all kinds of stains, and we specifically asked if it covered pet stains as we have a dog, and were told it did. Vanessa never gave us any brochures or specifications on the cover, but was very happy to take our money.nnWhen the time came for us to make a claim, sofa shield said they do not cover pet stains, so I contacted the store to request a refund only to be told by another store member that Vanessa never said that to us and that the only thing they could do is suggest a cleaning product.nnThey only decided to refund us when I said I'd report them to fair trading, Vanessa never spoke to me like a manager should, instead I was told she was in meetings she was available to say I was lying, but not available to listen to my complaint.nnI used to work in customer service, so I understand people can make mistakes and say the wrong thing, but it's the ability to rectify these mistakes and treat your customer with respect that matters.nnTerrible experience as a customer, terrible taste in my mouth.nnPlease give your staff some training on customer service! And Vanessa some training on your sofa shield policy
Grabbed a new TV stand and a few other bits, and I’m rapt with all of it. Everything feels solid, and the staff were great to deal with – no hard sell, just helpful advice.
