Horrible customer service for the price they expect you to pay for their furniture. Walked in and received no greeting when there were two staff on and no other customers. After walking around for 15 minutes I had to approach one of the workers for help, we were treated like we couldn't afford to buy anything by a lady wearing gym attire... very disappointing.

Friendly and professional service at this showroom. Gerard has gone out of his way to make us happy customers and we will definitely go back again
