The apartment is a reasonable size, and although the furniture is quite dated, everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.nnMy room was close to the road, so it was a bit noisy in the morning due to passing traffic.nnThe biggest issue during my stay was the Wi-Fi, which was very unstable and kept disconnecting and reconnecting.
Staff at reception were very accommodating, as decided to stay in Wanaka at the last minute. Heating had been put on to warm up our apartment before we arrived and also provided some great local dining options. Would certainly stay again.
The room we stayed in was past it's days, tired looking with stains on carpet and paint peeling off walls. Sliding door was difficult to open. Bed was terrible with saggy mattress and can feel the springs. I adjusted the light above the bed and cakes of dust fell off. We were charged $300 for the privelige of staying the night. Definitely not worth the money.
Stayed 3 nights. Room nice and clean, comfy bed and fantastic shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay walking distance to everything rooms lovely and clean.nService was good and they clean rooms and service which is nice
