The best workout I've ever had! The trainers at Torquay F45 are so knowledgeable and are always encouraging me throughout every session. Everyone is so friendly and there is such a positive atmosphere everyday. It is so good to actually love your workout!!! Thank you so much

Tyler and his highly experienced health professionals do an amazing job. They are highly experienced Training professionals who help you to achieve muscle strength, which ultimately helps to support function and movement, whilst making you feel amazing within yourself. 

Parents with children are made to feel extremely welcome which is a massive plus and a big ticket item which this gym prides itself on. No mater your age, sex or where you sit on a fitness scale, the F45 team and the other members will make you feel welcome.

F45 torquay not only helps you achieve amazing results physically but changes your whole mindset towards working out. A workout at F45 torquay is never the same, boring or easy. The trainers are so dedicated and the F45 torquay community is so supportive. An amazing place to train.

I have been  attending F45 Torquay since January.
10Kg down and I'm loving how I feel.
I've met like minded people who are encouraging and supportive.
Great variety and a complete approach health and fitness.
