Should be minus 5 stars, do not get your extension done by these guys. Our extension is still going and it’s been 2 & 1/2 years, the job should have take 3 months to complete, instead my wife has birthed 2 babies in this time ha ha - no joke. Won’t come back and finish final items, they don’t return phone calls, when I do speak with them they tell me they will call me back and never do, poor workmanship, used lower grade insulation than what was in contract. All their work is subcontracted out, their trades won’t come back because they haven’t been paid. The trades they do get cut corners because they don’t pay them enough. Trades don’t clean up after their work, no consideration for the client, under skilled project managers. Very dodgy work - please get it checked by an independent inspector. Make sure you read contract regarding damages for being late etc. These guys should be out of business, by far the worst business I have dealt with in 20 years of building. 😡😡😡😡😡

First time renovator. Rang and spoke to a consultant regards to initial assessment of extension of 2 rooms to a single storey home. The guy was arrogant and rude. When I said I was on a budget he became disinterested at once. Told me it would be $120k for 2 rooms and then was unwilling to come to inspect and provide a more accurate quote. I then asked him about construction of a double carport to which he said will be $30k. This turned me off and I am glad I didn't proceed further. Stay away from this company. A friend of mine also rang these guys and said they were very expensive.

I'm really disappointed. Right off the bat , without even seeing the property or asking how big the house is for a two story extension , he quoted me a ridiculous amount of $240,000 for a two bedroom, living space and toilet upper story. May want to do your research.

Avoid this place at all costs!! Terrible service, shoddy work (absolutely everything needed repairing, more work), terrible communication with clients and neighbours. Doesnt deserve one star. Dishonest and shonky builders.

Spoke to Natalie who wanted to get info about property in question. Basically they need projects which are more than 100K. I just don't want to feel obligated to spend that much so I just passed on them. I feel they are catering big clients who are willing to pay few 100K's. She kept on asking so whats your budget in a less than 4 minute call it was a major turn off. I wont recommend them as they are interested in making big $$$$
