This company and the builder they use are a DISGRACE!  We are STILL FIGHTING to get our home fixed 15 MONTHS after we moved in!!  Kitchen cabinets swelling and buckling for no reason at all - will all need to be replaced!  Repairs promised to be done before we took possession STILL not done!  Hole in window, chunk out of porcelain toilet seat - all done prior to takeover - NOT REPAIRED/REPLACED.  We would not wish this builder on anyone.  Doors hung incorrectly and not fixed. Light switches put on the wrong wall!  Mortar missing from 50% of the brickwork. Shocking carpentry - window sills swelling as there must be water getting in!  This list goes on and on .. to numerous to mention here. Would not wish this on my worst enemy.

Having recently built a home with Braewood Homes I have to say the build quality was exceptional. My experience has been a pleasant one and stress free.

As a First home buyer I really had no idea what to expect when building my first home. After visiting many display homes talking to lots of builders I become very confused. Then I was referred to Braewood Homes by a colleague who insisted I go and speak to them. After my first consultation with them I knew I wanted them to build my first home. They helped me understand the building process with complete confidence. I had a few minor issues pop up during the build but they were taken care of with complete professionalism. I have now been in my new home for 3 months and can honestly say I would not hesitate building with Braewood Homes again

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all involved with Braewood Homes for your assistance throughout our build. They always followed up on any of our concerns with phone calls & emails and was always kept in the loop with what was happening.

I found the staff very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly throughout my build. Besides a few delays with the weather I’m more than happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Braewood Homes.
