Very nice food. The Naan bread is soooooo delicious!

Evolution cafe is in the heart of town and only minutes walk from the river. There is generous seating available and a generous menu. The food was delicious and well priced. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The best Indian food I have EVER had. Complexity and subtlety of flavours was mind-blowing. The fragrance as you wait says it all. Quick, delicious, beyond satisfying, delightful service. I'm prepared to blackmail the owner and chef to move to my suburb in Sydney ;

One of the best Lamb Rogan Josh’s I’ve ever tasted. Delicious Naan and excellent service. Will come back every time I’m in Ballina for work. Highly recommended.

Great food and didn't have to wait long. The nann bread were warm and crispy; just delicious! Also great staff, extremely friendly and helpful! Great place to stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner when driving along the coast and only 20mins from Byron. Would definitely come back :
