Phone died and I expected to be forking out for a new iPhone. Essentially Mobile advised it could be repaired for less than $100. If not fixed no charge. Returned 90 minutes later, phone fixed. $89. Serviceman was polite, informative and delivered on his promise. Excellent service, great business.

Fantastic service, I’ve had to have my phone repaired a few times from my own clutziness and these guys have done an excellent job for a good price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. The service is brilliant and the prices are better than i have seen anywhere else. Daniel has helped me so much with my phone that is little more than a toaster, and i am honestly amazed and how outstanding the service was. I wish i could add more than 5 stars!

I decided to add water to my Samsung 3 on a recent trip and it didn't like it so took to nearest mobile phone shop not expecting a lot. However the service I received was exemplary. It was explained what could be wrong, free quote to fix, a loaner phone offered however I decided to buy one of the phones in stock after its virtues were comprehensively explained. Daniel offered excellent service before I discussed buying so not sales driven which I appreciated. I hope I don't 'need' mobile help in the near future but if YOU do.... you won't find better than Essentially Mobile in Kingston.
