Escape Bar & Club

When we saw that there was a 'Potions & Co' in Paris, we immediately decided to book the experience. It was indicated on the website that you could book an English timeslot, which we did immediately. It soon became clear on location that the employees spoke just a little English. The entire experience consists mainly of live theater, only it was completely in French. As a tourist you get a laminated piece of paper with some text on it, but the interaction between the 'actors' and the audience is much bigger than this story on paper and in French of course. I therefore would NOT recommend booking this as a tourist who only speaks English. It maybe would be nice if you can speak French.

We went there completely unprepared and spontaneously and it was a blast! Just passing by, we saw interesting display and bunch of people writing to enter. We asked and the great master of alchemy managed to find positions for two more apprentices ; The team down there made great efforts to make up for the fact that we could not speak French and they explained us everything and made sure we have all the clues for the riddles in English. Riddles were fun, potions were nice looking and strong ;D we’d recommend going there to anyone!

New concept first in France ! Escape bar where u have 1h30 to resolve an Enigma and create ur own potions ! The gamemasters help u during ur mission must-have to try urgently !!!

We were worried we wouldn't understand anything as we don't speak any French, however the staff were extremely helpful and more than happy to explain it to us. A very different and fun experience, would reccomend!
