Best value on the Gold Coast. At the end of the day it’s a resort, it’s got a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, cooking area and a few other perks but it might not have the shiny finish other expensive resorts in the area have. The location is just outside of the heart of surfers but only steps from the beach. It’s not fancy but it does the job, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay!
When we arrived the stove and oven were broken and we had to wait until the following day for the manger to get someone to fix it. The kitchen light during our stay was broken and not fixed at all. Due to the location it was very noisy because of traffic and loud workman at 6am every morning. One of the blankets had stains on them and the others were not clean and had holes. Picture frames on the wall had spray stains on them as well. During our stay the spa only worked twice, the sauna was broken for over 15 days. The tennis courts were not useable and not maintained. All the gym equipment was non functional. There were no air conditioner in reception area or elevator besides when reception was open which made it extremely hot and stuffy on hot days or tho the views were amazing air conditioning in our room worked so good but other’s complained they didn’t even have a aircon. The people staying there were very nice and friendly as well as staff. It’s nice and close to trams and buses. Beach is just across the road as well.
Place is run down, dirty & smelly. Pillows are disgusting. No ongoing maintenance. Tennis courts look like they haven't been in operation in years. You'd have to be a very keen surfer with no cleanliness values to stay here. Walkability: Easy to walk into Surfers Paradise
We stayed for a week & couldn't be happier. We will definitely stay again. Michaela was fantastic & so was Ray. The service that they provided was fantastic & they are so lovely & helpful. The rooms are fairly spacious & the rooms we had with our friends were different. Any issues with the room that we had like the bathroom door not sliding properly they made sure were fixed as quickly as they could. The pool & spa are great & the kids loved it. The beach was right across the road too. It's nice & central in Surfers & it's easy to get public transport to the theme parks from there, as well as it's right in the heart of the main street. The view from our room was really great too. We would highly recommend this place especially if you're on a budget but are keen to stay in Surfers
Stayed at this revolting place over 3 days, the apartment was filthy, stained furniture, cockroaches, and dirty carpet and curtains. We did not see any staff the whole time, had to poke the keys through the reception grill! The floor we were on had electrical wires taped around the ancient lift, an all round creepy vibe, don’t do it!
Stayed there From 6/1/24-20/1/24, Absolutely garbage, COCKROACHES ARE ROAMING EVEYWHERE, On level 10 , and level 8, No service, Try Arriving after Hours May God help you!! The only thing you get is little Seaview , The furniture Is way way, outdated very dusty not cleaned in years,My Advice, Stay away From this Place!!!! Rooms: Horrible!! Rundown!! Needs renovations!
Our first time we stayed was March 2023, my 2 children and myself stayed for a week, we enjoyed it that much we returned in March 2024, we book a duel room for 2 families, everyone enjoyed the pool, spa , sauna and gym, we had lots of BBQ during our stay, staff were very helpful, The location is in walking distance to tram stop, bus stop out the front, 5 min walk to main shops, We had a great stay ,we will book here on our next stay Rooms: Nice tidy rooms kitchen, bathrooms, with Balcony with beautiful beach views Nearby activities: Sea world 15 min away Infinity, Ripleys believe or not All walking distance Walkability: Beachfront Food & drinks: Shops / supermarket are all 5 min away
We could not fault anything about this place. Rooms are large and clean and well equipped. The owners are lovely people and nothing is a problem for them , they are very helpful. It is close to all theme parks and shopping ,and million dollar views. We will definitely be staying here againRooms: 5/5
Very enjoyable holiday for a week with the family. Best 3 star accommodation we've ever stayed in.Rooms: 4/5
The staff make this place feel like a home away from home. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's got everything you need. I travelled with 4 adult family members - two single, and one couple. We stayed in adjoining rooms and each room slept 3 people. The privacy screens between beds and the door between rooms allowed the perfect balance of socialisation and privacy. Also, the location is awesome. The hotel is next to the beach, park, tram, shops, and has an ocean view!
