Had a great experience buying my new Indian Pursuit. Went in not really looking to buy a bike yet but they had slashed the price on the demo unit so I couldn’t resist. They were a pleasure to deal with. Rene was awesome and all the team were incredibly engaging and nothing was too much trouble. They fitted me out in the best quality riding gear at an amazing discounted price and I rode the bike home to South Australia. Thank you TeamMoto Epping for a great experience! I had a great experience with Team Moto. The members give you ample time to choose and help you in your decision making without intervening too much. Being a dealership of multiple brands also helps, as you can keep swapping bikes of the same kind endlessly before deciding on one.

Had a wonderful experience buying a Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx from them. Rene the sales person did a great job before and during the sale process. He did a fabulous job of keeping the bike ready on time for delivery. The overall process was smooth and very quick.
A massive thank you to Chris in Spares parts from KTM Epping Team Moto for going far and beyond to get me on the road. I was in a real pickle and Chris sourced unobtainium on the day. Between Christmas and new year to add to the impossibility. A big thanks must also go to Matt the Dealer principle and KTM who all worked together to get me sorted. I was In a different state so they are not my local shop but still treated me as a VIP. Next level service thank you.
